Works with WhatsApp Business

Your customer conversations belong to your company.

Built for sales teams where every rep runs deals on their own WhatsApp number — property agencies, insurance teams and more. WhatsTeam brings those numbers into one shared team inbox: every chat backed up automatically, every handover seamless, and AI guidance that drafts replies in each rep’s own voice.

  • Scan a QR code, start in minutes
  • No Platform API application or business verification
  • Keep your numbers — no migration, no starting over

Chats, contacts and deal history stay with the business.

One inbox, full history

Every customer thread in one place with a complete audit trail.

AI that learns your team’s voice

Drafts sound like your people, not like a bot.

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon

No Platform API application, no business verification paperwork, no new phone numbers. WhatsTeam works with the WhatsApp Business numbers you already use — just like scanning a QR code with WhatsApp Web.

Scan with WhatsApp Business on each phone

Connected

From day one

What changes after you connect

The moment your numbers are connected, WhatsTeam starts working in the background.

Day one

Every conversation starts backing up

Messages, photos, voice notes and documents are stored and searchable from the first minute.

Week one

AI learns each rep’s voice

The AI twin studies real conversations and starts drafting replies that sound like your team — your people review and send.

Month one

Patterns become visible

Response times, activity and closed deals per number and per teammate, at a glance.

Whenever someone leaves

Nothing walks out the door

Conversations, contacts and deal history stay with the company. The next rep picks up where the last one left off.

Features

Built for teams that live on WhatsApp

When several reps each run deals from their own number — as in property, insurance and other sales teams — those relationships live on personal phones. WhatsTeam keeps them with the company.

One shared team inbox

Your whole team replies from the company’s WhatsApp numbers in one place. Conversations get handed over, not stranded on personal phones.

Business continuity

When a rep moves on, their conversations, contacts and deal history stay with the company. No lost deals, no starting from zero.

Automatic backup

Every message, photo, voice note and document is stored and searchable from day one — a full audit trail of your customer communication.

AI guidance

An AI twin learns each rep’s tone from their real conversations and drafts on-brand replies — your team reviews and sends.

Manager analytics

Response times, activity and closed deals per number and per team member, so you know what’s working without asking around.

Company contact book

One source of truth for customer names and numbers, shared across every connected WhatsApp number and every teammate.

The problems teams bring to us

Common situations we hear from Hong Kong teams that run their business on WhatsApp.

“Our best rep resigned, and every customer chat left with his phone.”
Sales director · Trading company

With WhatsTeam, chats, contacts and deal history stay with the company.

“A customer asked about last month’s order and nobody could find the message.”
Operations manager · Distributor

Every message and file is backed up and searchable by keyword.

Customer service lead · Retailer

The shared inbox shows who is handling each conversation, so nothing is doubled or dropped.

Frequently asked questions

The things teams usually ask before getting started.

Do we need new phone numbers?

No. WhatsTeam works with the WhatsApp Business numbers you already use. Scan a QR code with each phone and keep the same numbers your customers know.

Do we need to apply for the WhatsApp Business Platform API?

No. Unlike API-based tools, there is no Platform API application, no business verification process, and no migrating away from your current numbers. You connect by scanning a QR code — like WhatsApp Web — your number and account keep working as before, and message history syncs in the background (subject to what WhatsApp makes available).

Could connecting this way get a number restricted by WhatsApp?

We’re upfront about this: WhatsTeam connects through WhatsApp’s linked-device mechanism rather than the official Platform API, and WhatsApp can restrict any number at its sole discretion — so no honest tool can promise zero risk. In practice, restrictions follow behaviour, not the inbox: replying to conversations customers start with you is the safest activity on WhatsApp, and that is exactly what WhatsTeam is built for. Avoid identical copy-paste blasts, messaging imported cold lists, and ignoring “stop” requests.

What happens when a teammate leaves?

Their conversations, contacts and deal history stay with the company. You reassign the number and the next person continues from the full history.

Who can see our data?

Only your team. Every message is backed up to your company account and stays yours — you control who has access to each number.

How long does setup take? Do we need a credit card?

Most teams are up and running within an afternoon: about a minute per number, then invite your team. No credit card is needed to start.

Is WhatsTeam affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta?

No. WhatsTeam is an independent product that works with WhatsApp Business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
